الضمانات التأديبية للعون المتعاقد في القانون الجزائري

Résumé: تضمن القانون رقم 06-03 والمرسوم الرئاسي رقم 07-308 عدة واجبات يلتزم بها العون المتعاقد مع المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية، وكل إخلال بها ينجر عنه متابعته تأديبيا، وذلك لدعم مبدأ الانضباط حتى تستطيع الإدارة القيام بنشاطها تحقيقا للمصلحة العامة، كما تضمن هذين النصين مجموعة من الضوابط التي تلتزم الإدارة باحترامها في ذلك، ومنها ما يسبق المتابعة التأديبية ومنها ما هو مقرر أثناء عملية المتابعة.
