Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إماطة اللثام عن جوانب مهمة من تاريخنا الوطني، ويتعلق الأمر بقضية الظروف الدولية ومشاريع فرنسا الاستعمارية من أجل احتلال الجزائر. حيث أثير موضوع الجزائر في مؤتمر فينا سنة 1814، و رغبة الدول الأوروبية في تحطيم القوة البحرية الجزائرية في البحر الأبيض المتوسط لتحرير الأسرى المسيحيين الذين ما يزالون في الجزائر. This study aims to uncover important aspects of our national history, and it relates to the issue of international circumstances and France's colonial projects to occupy Algeria. The issue of Algeria was raised at the Vienna Conference in 1814, and the desire of European countries to destroy the Algerian naval power in the Mediterranean to liberate the Christian prisoners who were still in Algeria.
