إدارة التنوع الثقافي في المؤسسات الدولية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة Jin Yingالصينية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر إدارة التنوع الثقافي على الأداء الدولي لمؤسسة JIN YING الصينية، حيث تم تصميم استبيان، وزع على عينة من الموارد البشرية للمؤسسة قيد الدراسة بطريقة العينة العشوائية، والمقدر مجموعهم ب 54 موردا بشريا، تم استرداد 43 استبانة صالحة للمعالجة، تم استخدام كل من معامل الإرتباط، و معادلة خط الانحدار، وتحليل ANOVA لاختبار العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة. وتم تحليل الإجابات بواسطة برنامج Spss. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود ارتباط متوسط بين إدارة التنوع الثقافي وأداء المؤسسات الدولية. This study aimes to find the impact of cultural diversity management on the international performance of the Chinese JIN YING institution. Where a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of the human resources of the institution under study using the random sampling method, estimated at a total of 54 human resources, 43 valid questionnaires were retrieved for treatment. The study used a correlation coefficient, the regression line equation, and ANOVA analysis to test the relationship between the study variables, And the answers were analyzed by Spss program. The study concluded that there is a medium correlation between cultural diversity management and the performance of international institutions.
