إنهاء عقد الامتياز الفلاحي عن طريق الفسخ

Résumé: ملخص: اعتمد المشرع من خلال قانون التوجيه الفلاحي وبعده القانون رقم 10/03 الامتياز كنمط وحيد لاستغلال الأراضي الفلاحية، يكرس المنح بعقد امتياز، هذا الأخير من بين طرق انهائه الفسخ، وفي ذلك جاء هذا القانون بالجديد عندما ضمت أحكامه الفسخ الإداري أي بمبادرة من الإدارة دون اللجوء إلى القضاء، وهو ما نراه جاء في سياق تثمين الأراضي الفلاحية وضرورة تسييرها بكل جدية، والذي سنحاول بيان تفصيلاته ضمن هذه المداخلة.
