Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر النظرية الحجاجية من أهم النظريات التي اهتمت بفهم الخطاب و تفسيره ؛ و اعتمدت في ذلك على مجموعة من المفاهيم و التقنيات التي ينبني عليها فعل الإقناع و التأثير في المتلقي . تحاول هذه الدراسة توضيح مدى حضور مفهوم الحجاج المغالط في النقد المغاربي المعاصر و اخترنا لذلك الأعمال النقدية البلاغية لمحمد العمري أنموذجا لاقتناعنا أنّ هذا الباحث المعاصر ساهم في فضح المغالطات التي يلجأ إليها بعض المتلفظين بالخطاب . Abstract: Theory of argumentation is one of the most important theories that have been concerned with the understanding and interpretation of the discourse . This study attempts to clarify the extent of the présence of the fallacies in the contemporary Maghrebian criticism , and we chose the rhétorical criticism of Mohamed Al-Omari as a model for our conviction that this contemporary researcher attempts to expose the sophistry of some speakers .
