Résumé: يكشف المقال عن المركز القانوني للنيابة العامة أمام المحكمة التجارية المتخصصة التي أنشأت كقضاء مستقل ومتخصص يفصل في بعض المسائل التجارية التي تتميز بالتعقيد و بإرتباطها بالمجالات الإقتصادية الحيوية . يشرح البحث دور النيابة العامة في تسيير شؤون هذه المحكمة و مجالات تدخلها في المنازعات المعروضة أمامها و كيفيات ممارستها للمهام المنوطة بها. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن النيابة العامة بالمحكمة التجارية المتخصصة تضطلع بدور هام في حماية الإقتصاد الوطني و كياناته التجارية و صون النظام العام الإقتصادي بصفة عامة . Abstract : The article reveals the legal status of the Public Prosecution before the Specialized Commercial Court, which was established as an independent and specialized judiciary that adjudicates on some commercial issues that are characterized by complexity and their connection to vital economic fields. The research explains the role of the Public Prosecution in the conduct of the affairs of this court and the areas of its intervention in the disputes before it and how to exercise the tasks entrusted to it. The study concludes that the Public Prosecution of the Specialized Commercial Court plays an important role in protecting the national economy and its commercial entities and maintaining the public economic order in general.
