دور الذكاء العاطفي في القيادة الإدارية بقطاع التعليم العالي - دراسة حالة جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي الشلف-

Résumé: : تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه الذكاء العاطفي في القيادة الإدارية بجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي الشلف، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 103 مفردة بالإعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وتم قياس أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي بالإعتماد على أنموذج جولمان 2001. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤∝) لأبعاد الذكاء العاطفي على القيادة الإدارية بجامعة الشلف، كما توصلت الدراسة لعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، المستوى الإداري). This study aims to investigate the role of Emotional Intelligence on Administrative Leadership At Hassiba Ben Bouali Chlef University. By using the dimensions of Goleman Model 2001 we measured The Emotional intelligence. The sample of study consisted of (103) individuals, chosen by the comprehensive survey method. We found that all emotional intelligence dimensions positively and significantly affect all Administrative Leadership, While there were no statistically significant differences in Emotional Intelligence due to (Years of Experience, Administrative level).We highly recommends the necessity of improvement in the cognitive level of the administrative professors in terms of Emotional Intelligence as a new concept in the field of administrative field in higher education sector.
