دور الثقافة الابداعية في تبني ممارسات مسؤولة اجتماعيا للمؤسسات الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة أثر الثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية في المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومعرفة خصائص الثقافة التنظيمية الابداعية السائدة في المؤسسات الجزائرية باعتماد أداة تقييم الثقافة التنظيمية (OCAI )، وواقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية باعتماد هرم كارول واضافة البعد البيئي، تم توزيع عينة الدارسة من 136 مؤسسة تنشط في ولاية باتنة في الشرق الجزائري، وباستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS ، تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ضعف تواجد الثقافة التنظيمية الإبداعية تأثير في تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، كما كانت الأهمية البالغة للمسؤولية الاقتصادية منظور مديري المؤسسات وتليها المسؤولية القانونية والضعف الكبير في المجال الانساني والبيئي The current study aims to investigate the impact of adhocracy. organizational culture on social responsibility and knowledge of the characteristics of the adhocracy. organizational culture prevailing in Algerian firms by the adoption of the organizational culture assessment tool (OCAI) and the reality of social responsibility by adopting the Carol pyramid and adding the environmental dimension. The study sample was distributed from 136 firms operating in Batna In the Algerian east, using the SPSS program, a number of results have been reached. The most important of these is the weak presence of adhocracy. organizational culture, which has an impact on the adoption of social responsibility. The importance of economic responsibility was also seen as the perspective of managers, followed by legal responsibility and great vulnerability in the humanitarian and environmental sphere
