Résumé: This study aims to identify the impact of work stress on organizational loyalty at the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Ouargla. To address the study problem، we adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology to describe the dimensions of the phenomenon and analyse its effects. A field study was conducted at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla، utilizing a questionnaire to measure the employees' perceptions. The study covered a simple random sample of 36 administrative employees at the institution under study. To process and analyze the data، the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used. The findings revealed the following: There is a high level of work stress experienced by employees in the work environment of the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Ouargla. There is a high level of organizational loyalty among employees at the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Ouargla. There is a statistically significant effect between work stress and the level of organizational loyalty at the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Ouargla. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample regarding work stress and organizational loyalty attributed to personal variables (gender، professional experience)
