تطبيق الصيغ الاسلامية في تمويل التجارة الخارجية
Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر القوانين التي تنظم الاستيراد والتصدير على تطبيق صيغ تمويل البنوك الإسلامية للتجارة الخارجية، حيث اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الموافق للدراسة. كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة حالة في مصرف السلام الجزائر، خلال السنوات الثلاث: 2016، 2017، 2018. واستنادا إلى النتائج التي توصلنا إليها نجد أن البنوك الإسلامية قامت بالتكيف مع القوانين في تطبيق الصيغ الإسلامية، و هنا يبرز الدور الأساسي الذي تقوم به في سبيل تنشيط وتسهيل حركة المبادلات الخارجية بالنسبة لعمليات الاستيراد والتصدير على حد سواء بما يتوافق مع الضوابط الشرعية. " The objective of this study is to know the effect of the laws governing import and export on the application of Islamic bank financing formulas for foreign trade. We have adopted the analytical descriptive approach that is approved for the study A case study was made at Al Salam Bank Algeria during the three years: 2016-2017 and 2018. Based on our findings we find that Islamic banks have adapted to the laws in the application of Islamic formulas, and here highlights the key role that is played in order to activate and facilitate the movement of foreign exchange for both import and export operations in accordance with Shariah regulations. "
