مبادئ قيادة التعلم والمهام الجديدة للقائد لبناء المنظمات المتعلمة

Résumé: ملخص: إن بناء منظمة متعلمة يستلزم التزام جميع أفرادها بما في ذلك القيادة التي تحكمها للرقي بها إلى مستوى المنظمات العالمية، حيث تعمد هذه المنظمات إلى توفير بيئة تنظيمية قادرة على تطوير ذاتها من خلال الاستفادة القصوى من الطاقات الفردية والجماعية المكونة لها. وهذا لا يتم من خلال الهرمية التقليدية للمنظمات بل من خلال منظومة متكاملة من الأفراد، بحيث يعمل القائد هنا على تحرير المنظمة من قيود الجمود والروتين والتحول بها إلى منظمة أكثر تفتحا، وفتح مجال للتفكير الاستراتيجي لدى أعضائها وإطلاق القدرات. والهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو التعرض لمبادئ قيادة التعلم والمهام الجديدة للقائد، إضافة إلى مهامه التقليدية لبناء منظمة متعلمة قادرة على التكيف مع التغيرات والاستفادة من الخبرات التراكمية لها. Abstract: Building a learning organization requires the commitment of all its members, including the leadership that command it, in order to elevate them to the level of international organizations. These organizations create an organizational environment able to develop itself via making maximum benefit from their individual and collective capacities which form it. This cannot be realized through the traditional hierarchical organizations, but through an integrated system of individuals. The leader here works to free the organization from the constraints of stalemate and routine and turn it into a more open organization and open an area for strategic thinking among its members and launch capabilities. The purpose of this paper is to explore the principles of learning leadership and the new responsibilities of the leader, in addition to his traditional responsibilities to build a learning organization which is capable of adapting to changes and taking advantage of its accumulated experience.
