استراتيجبات التدريس لدى اعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الجزائرية بين الواقع والمامول

Résumé: هدف هذه الدراسة: هو استقصاء أراء الأساتذة والطلبة الجامعيين في الجامعة الجزائرية حول طبيعة الاستراتيجيات التدريسية التي يستعين بها عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الجزائرية ودرجة تمكنه منها. تحقيقا لهذا المقصد العلمي استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل الأدب النظري السابق حول استراتيجيات التدريس، فضلا على الوقوف على نتائج جملة من الدراسات الميدانية التي أجراها عدد من الباحثين الجزائريين في عدد من الجامعات الجزائرية حول الموضوع. نتائج الدراسة: بالمجمل توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الجزائرية لا يزال وفيا لاستراتيجية المحاضرة في العملية التدريسية وغير مهتم بالاستراتيجيات الأخرى لعدد من الأسباب الذاتية والموضوعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدريس، استراتيجيات التدريس، عضو هيئة التدريس، الجامعة الجزائرية. The aim of the study: is the extrapolation of teachers’ and students’ opinions about teaching strategies’ nature in which the faculty members using it in the Algerian university and about their degree of mastery. In order to fulfil that scientific aim the study used the descriptive analytical method through the theoretical analytical literature about the teaching strategies as well as, standing on the results of a number of field studies conducted by a number of researchers in some of Algerian universities about that subject. Study’ results, the study found that the faculty members in the Algerian university still faithful to the lecture in teaching operation and that he is not interested in the other strategies for many subjective and objective reasons.
