تقييم الأداء للبنوك الإسلامية باستخدام معيار Camles دراسة حالة بنك السلام الجزائري

Résumé: تناولت هده الورقة معيار CAMLES لتقييم أداء البنوك الإسلامية حيث تضمنت إطار نظري يتضمن ماهية البنوك الإسلامية و خصائصها و كذا عموميات حول تقييم الأداء في البنوك كما تم تسليط الضوء على معيار CMALES الذي يتم من خلاله الكشف عن نقاط الضعف و القوة في أداء البنوك مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الطبيعة المميزة للبنوك الإسلامية ، حيث تم تطبيق هذا المعيار على بنك السلام باعتباره احد البنوك الإسلامية الناشطة في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال فترة الممتدة ما ين 2011 الى 2016 ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للبنك يتمتع بملاءة جيدة تمكنه من مواجهة المخاطر التي تواجهه و يحقق أرباح جيدة تضمن له الاستمرارية ، إلا أن أداءه غير مرضي فيما يتعلق بالسيولة مما يتوجب عليه اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لتقوية مركز السيولة في البنك لمواجهة الالتزامات الفورية . This paper tackled the CAMLES standard for evaluating the performance of Islamic banks. It included a theoretical framework which includes (about) the nature of Islamic banks and their characteristics and generalities about performance evaluation in banks. The light also highlighted the CMALES standard, which reveals weaknesses and strength in the performance of banks with Considering the distinctive nature of Islamic banks, this standard was applied to Al Salam Bank as one of the Islamic banks active in the Algerian economy during the period from 2011 to 2015, where it has been shown that the bank has a good solvency that enables it to face the risks it faces and achieve good profits included for Continuity, and his performance is unsatisfactory with regard to liquidity and by taking immediate action to strengthen the liquidity position of the bank to meet the immediate obligations.
