دور لجان الأحياء في تجسيد التنمية المحلية في الجزائر دراسة حالة - ولاية بومرداس-

Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع يتعلق بمتغيرين لهم اهمية كبيرة في المجتمعات المعاصرة عامة وفي المجتمع الجزائري خاصة ، ألا وهما جمعيات لجان الأحياء التي تعتبر أهم مؤسسات المجتمع المدني على المستوى المحلي، والمتغير الثاني التنمية المحلية التي أصبحت ضرورة ملحة وهدف رئيسي لأي دولة، ولقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الجمعيات لتجسيد التنمية المحلية في ولاية بومرداس ، مستخدمين بذلك أداة الإستبيان لاخذ اراء واقتراحات المجتمع المحلي حول الدور الذي تقدمه لجان الأحياء، وتقديم أهم المتطلبات لتفعيل هذا الدور. كلمات مفتاحية: لجان الأحياء ، التنمية المحلية، ولاية بومرداس Abstract: Through this research we present a topic related to two variables of great importance in contemporary societies in general, and in the Algerian society in particular, namely the neighborhood committee associations that are the most important institutions of civil society at the local level, and the second variable local development, which has become a necessity and a major goal for any country. In this study, we tried to study and present the role that these societies play in embodying local development in the willaya of “Boumerdas”, using the questionnaire tools to take different opinions and suggestions of the local community about the role played by neighborhood committees, and provide the most important requirements and suggestions to activate this role..
