واقع تطبيق إدارة معرفة الزبون في الوكالات السياحية بولاية الوادي
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة واقع تطبيق ادارة معرفة الزبون في الوكالات السياحية بولاية الوادي من خلال ابعاده الاربعة وهي المعرفة حول الزبون ،المعرفة للزبون، المعرفة من زبون، المعرفة من زبون للزبون ، ولغرض الإجابة على الإشكالية اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستكشافي والاختباري وكما اعتمدت الدراسة على المقاربة المعجمية باستخدام المقابلة كأداة للدراسة التطبيقية من خلال إجراء مقابلة مع اربعة موظفين للوكالات السياحية بالوادي ،وخلصت الدراسة على ان الوكالات السياحية المبحوثة تهتم بإدارة معرفة الزبون بدرجات متفاوتة وتطبقها .The aim of the study is to know the reality of the application of customer knowledge management in tourism agencies in El-Wadi state through its four dimensions: knowledge about the customer, knowledge of the customer, knowledge from the customer, knowledge from the customer to the customer.For the purpose of solving the problem, we have relied on an exploratory and empirical approach. The study also relied on the lexical approach using the interview as a tool for the applied study by conducting an interview with four employees of tourism agencies in the valley.The study concluded that the surveyed tourism agencies are interested in managing and applying customer knowledge to varying degrees
