العولمة بين الاندماج وتهديد الأمن المجتمعي للجزائر

Résumé: لقد عُدّت العولمة أهمّ ظاهرة منذ مرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة، ميّزتها خصوصيّات كما انطوت على تداعيّات سلبيّة على مختلف نواحي الحياة بما في ذلك قيم المجتمعات وثقافات الشّعوب، وعلى الأمن المجتمعي بشكل أدقّ. لذلك سنتناول في هذا المقال علاقة التّأثير الكائنة ما بين العولمة والأمن المجتمعي، وباتّخاذ الحالة الجزائريّة نموذجا للدّراسة سنعمل على تبيان انعكاسات ظاهرة العولمة على الأمن المجتمعي الجزائري ثمّ تناول أهمّ الأُطر الكفيلة بحمايته. Globalization has been the most important phenomenon since the post-Cold War era, characterized by specificities and negative implications on various aspects of life, including the values of societies and cultures of peoples, and especially on the social security. In this article, we will discuss the influence relationship between globalization and social security. In the case of Algeria, we will study the implications of globalization on Algerian social security, then address the most important frameworks to protect it.
