الكفاءة الذاتية وعلاقتها بالدافعية المحددة ذاتيا لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية و الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية ، وذلك من خلال دراسة الفروق في كل متغير تبعا لمتغير الجنس، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة ، شملت عينة الدراسة 40 مراهق ومراهقة من الثانوية الرياضية، استخدمنا في البحث الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية وتم التوصل إلى وجود فروق بين الجنسين في كل من الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا والكفاءة الذاتية وذلك لصالح الذكور وتم التوصل كذلك إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين المتغيرين. ABSTRACT The present study aimed for the attempt of knowing the relation between the self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation among the secondary school pupils. This is conducted by studying the differences in every variable according to the gender variable and also by taking into consideration the relation between the variables. Therefore, the study has been based on the descriptive approach as the adequate method as per the nature of the study. The sample included 40 male and female adolescents from the sportive secondary school in Draria by basing on the use of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation measurements. We used during the research statistics pack of social and psychological sciences. The study revealed the existence of gender differences between the pupils in both intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy in favour of males. It has been found out as well a direct correlation between the two variables.
