النظام القانوني للأسرار التجارية

Résumé: في إطار التبادل الدولي للتكنولوجيا انتشرت ظاهرة احتكار المعارف التكنولوجية بواسطة السرية، مما أدى إلى القول بوجوب توفير الحماية القانونية الوطنية والدولية للسرية في المجال التجاري والصناعي، في اطار ما يسمى بالأسرار التجارية أو المعلومات غير مفصح عنها . فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين مفهوم الأسرار التجارية أولا، ثم تبيان أساس حمايتها القانونية ثانيا. In the frame of international technology exchange, the phenomenon of technological knowledge monopolizing by means secrecy has spread, which had led to say that national and international legal protection of trade and industrial secrecy must be provided, within the framework of so-called trade secrets or undisclosed informations. This study first identified, the concept of trade secrets and then laid out the basis for their legal protection.
