إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء ودورها في تحسين الأداء المستدام لمنظمات الاعمال _دراسة حالة_ Green Human Resource Management And Its Role In Improving Sustainable Performance Of Business Organizations - A Case Study

Résumé: يعد مفهوم إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبيا، حيث ظهر مع المفاهيم التي حاولت ربط وظائف المنظمات بأدائها البيئي وهدف هذا البحث إلى توصيف إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء وأبعاد الأداء المستدام، وكذلك تحديد طبيعة ونوع العلاقة بين كلا المتغيرين على مستوى مؤسستي (شركة إنجاز المنشآت الأساسية inerga) و (وشركة Duro feulera énergie). فرع دائرة عين وسارة ولاية الجلفة ولتحقيق ذلك تم استعمال 40 استبانة صالحة للتحليل بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)(v25) كما كشفت النتائج انه يوجد دور إيجابي لأبعاد إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء مجتمعة في تحسين الأداء المستدام للمؤسستين محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). وتم استخراج مجموعة من التوصيات لتعزيز مستوى الأداء المستدام من خلال تطوير ممارسات أبعاد إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء The concept of green human resource management is a relatively recent concept, It appeared with other concepts that tried to link the functions of organizations to their environmental performance; the aim of this research is to describe GHRM and the dimensions of sustainable performance. as well as determining the nature and type of relationship between both variables at the level of my institution (Company for the completion of basic installations inerga) and (and Duro feulera énergie company). Ain and Sarah department branch of Djelfa. To achieve this, 40 valid questionnaires were used for analysis by relying on the statistical program (SPSS) (v25), the results also revealed that there is a positive role for the dimensions of GHRM combined in improving the sustainable performance of the two institutions under study at the level of significance (0.05). a set of recommendations was extracted to enhance the level of sustainable performance through the development of practices of green human resource management dimensions
