تقييم ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء دراسة حالة- مصنع الخزف الصناعي Sam Céramica- ولاية باتنة Assessing Green Human Resources Management Practices Case Study: Industrial Ceramic Factory - Sam Céramica –batna

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في مصنع الخزف الصناعي “Sam Céramica”المتواجد بولاية باتنة؛ من خلال أربعة أبعاد وهي: الاستقطاب والاختيار الأخضر، التدريب والتطوير الأخضر، تقييم الأداء الأخضر، المكافآت والتحفيز الأخضر، حيث تم استخدام منهج دراسة حالة بالاعتماد على أداة المقابلة كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود قصور في فهم وتطبيق ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء ؛ وما يترتب عليها من آثار سلبية على تحقيق كل من الوعي الأخضر والنظام البيئي الفعال؛ ويقدم البحث عدة توصيات من أبرزها ضرورة ايلاء الاهتمام الجاد والكافي بالمدلولات البيئية في ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية والتركيز خصوصا على استحداث مؤشرات لتقييم الأداء الأخضر لضمان قابلية الأفراد للتعامل مع الأداء البيئي. Abstract: The current research aims to identify the level of green human resource management practices in the industrial ceramic factory called “Sam Céramica” located in the state of Batna (in Algeria); Through four dimensions: green polarization and selecti on, green training and development, green performance evaluation, rewards and green motivation. A case study approach was used based on the interview tool as a main means of data collection; and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a lack of understanding and application of green human resource management practices, and so some negative impacts are observed on the green awareness of people and on the effectiveness of the business ecosystem. The study came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to give serious and sufficient attention to environmental implications of human resource management practices, and to focus especially on developing the appropriate indicators in order to evaluate the green human performance effectively and to ensure the ability of individuals to deal with the environmental performance
