Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى العاملين بالمنشآت الرياضية لولاية خنشلة، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 70 عاملا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال استخدام مقياس الصحة النفسية للباحثين " الزبيدي والهزاع 1997 "، ومقياس تقدير الذات للباحث " كوبر سميث 1967 "، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصحة النفسية مرتفع لدى العاملين بالمنشآت الرياضية لولاية خنشلة، وأن مستوى تقدير الذات مرتفع لديهم، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية ودالة إحصائيا بين الصحة النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى العاملين بالمنشآت الرياضية لولاية خنشلة. abstract: This study aimed to know the relationship between mental health and self-esteem among Sports facilities workers for khenchela state, where the study sample included 70 workers who were chosen randomly.to realize the target of this study a descriptive correlative method is adopted through the use of mental health criterion for the two researchers (El zoubaydi and El hazaa 1997) and the researcher (cooper smith 1967) self-esteem. The study concluded that the level of mental health is high among Sports facilities workers for khenchela state, and that the level of self-esteem is high for them, and the results revealed a strong correlation and statistical significance between mental health and self-esteem among t Sports facilities workers for khenchela state.
