أثر القيادة التبادلية في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية
Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر القيادة التبادلية في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية لدى موظفي شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بإليزي, حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليل ولاختبار صحة الفرضيات المطروحة تم توزيع إستبانة على عينة من العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة بلغ عددهم 40 عامل تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية, وقد تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي "Spss" لتحليل البيانات المحصل عليها وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : وجود ممارسة للقيادة التبادلية بمستوى متوسط وممارسة نمط المكافأة المشروطة بمستوى متوسط, أما فيما يخص نمطي الإدارة بالاستثناء "النشطة والساكتة فكانت الممارسة بشكل متوسط أيضا, كما بينت الدراسة وجود موافقة بدرجة منخفضة من طرف موظفي شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بإليزي حول محددات الأهداف ألإستراتيجية وفي سياق آخر يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ممارسة القيادة التبادلية داخل شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بإليزي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمستوى العلمي و سنوات الأقدمية في العمل. Abstract : The study aimed to reveal the effect of mutual leadership in achieving the strategic goals of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Illizi, and to test the validity of the hypotheses put forward, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 workers in the institution under study, who were chosen randomly, and the statistical program was relied upon "Spss" for analyzing the data obtained, and the study reached the following results: There is a practice of reciprocal leadership at an average level, and a practice of the conditional reward pattern at an average level. As for the two types of management with the exception of "active and passive", the practice was also at a moderate level ,and The study also showed that there is a low degree of agreement among the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in the state of Illizi on the determinants of the strategic objectives. In another context, there are statistically significant differences in the level of practice of reciprocal leadership within the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Illizi due to the variable of gender, educational level, and years of seniority at work.
