Résumé: This study aims at identifying the impact of participatory e-training in its five dimensions (training competencies for trainers, technical expertise of trainees, e-training content, e-participatory training environment, and e-training infrastructure) in achieving outstanding performance of the human resource in SONELGAZ Group, in its three dimensions (human performance rate, human performance behavior, and excellence continuity). To achieve its objectives, the study relies on the descriptive analytical approach. The data collection method employed two research tools, namely, the interview and the questionnaire. The latter focused on collecting data on the study variables. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sampling that consisted of 302 trainees from a community of 1493 workers who had benefited from electronic training at the SONELGAZ Group. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a high level of participatory electronic training application as well as a high level of outstanding performance of human resource in the SONELGAZ Group, as the results proved. There is also a statistically significant effect of the participatory electronic training on the achievement of the outstanding performance. The study also concluded that there is no statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the study sample members of the level of participatory electronic training and the outstanding performance of the human resource in the SONELGAZ Group. This is due to personal and functional variables. The study gives a set of recommendations and suggestions that may spread and consolidate the participatory e-training culture among the human resources community and to raise the level of their performance to excellence in the SONELGAZ Group.
