دور العدالة التنظيمية في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين في مركز التكوين والإرشاد الفلاحي بسيدي مهدي –تقرت-

Résumé: This study aims to identify the role of regulatory justice in promoting the conduct of organizational citizenship at the Center For Configuration and Agricultural Extension in Sidi Mehdi -Touggourt-, where the analytical descriptive approach was rely on the theoretical aspect and the approach of case study in chapter applied by using the questionnaire on the sample of the study and agricultural training center in Sidi Mehdi –Touggourt- which includes (41) employees, the analysis was adopted on the SPSS V25 and the following statistical methods: (Alpha Crombach Factories, Relative duplicates and percentages, calculations and standard deviations, Sperman Link coefficient, multi-linear regression) on the applied side, to achieve the achievement of the study goels and their urbanization. One of the most important results obtained from the level of regulatory justice in the sample members, the level of behavior of regulatory citizenship in the study sample, the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior is a weak direct relationship, low level of organizational justice does not affect the behavior of organizational citizenship.
