أثر رضا العميل على محددات قيمة العلامة التجارية - دراسة عينة من عملاء مدارس النجاح الخاصة بولاية البويرة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر رضا العميل على محددات قيمة العلامة التجارية علة مستوى مدارس النجاح الخاصة في ولاية البويرة، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية عن طريق الاستبيان لعينة مكونة من 100 مفردة. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج وأهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لرضا العميل على محددات قيمة العلامة والمتمثلة في: الوعي بالعلامة، الجودة المدركة والولاء للعلامة. إضافة إلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لاتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو محددات قيمة علامة مدارس النجاح تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية. This study aimed to analyze the impact of customer satisfaction on the brand equity determinants at the private Nadjah schools in Bouira state. This was achieved through a field study utilizing a questionnaire administrated to sample of 100 individuals. The findings of this study revealed several key results, with the most noteworthy being a statistically significant impact of customer satisfaction on brand equity determinants, including brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Furthermore, the study observed no statistically significant disparities in the attitudes of the sample individuals towards the brand equity determinants for Nadjah schools were attributed to demographic variables.
