Résumé: تروم الدراسة التعرف على واقع استخدام منصة موودل بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة بوزريعة، وإبراز دورها في تعزيز العملية التعليمية التعلمية، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة من أساتذة قسم اللغة العربية. وبما أن التعليم الإلكتروني أصبح استراتيجية مفروضة الراهن بكل تفاعلاته، أُجبِرْنا على الوقوف على سؤال أساس فرض وجوده في ورقتنا البحثية: ما أثر تجربة التعليم الإلكتروني على جودة العملية التعليمية التعلّمية بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة من خلال استخدام منصة موودل؟ وقد اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملاءمته طبيعة الموضوع المدروس وقد استعنت باستبيان موجّه إلى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والذي شمل ثلاثة محاور. وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ هناك تفاوت في نسب التفاعل والتجاوب في استعمال منصة موودل من طرف الأساتذة، مع عدم وجود اختلافات في وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة بوزريعة حول دور منصة موودل في التحصيل العلمي بقسم اللغة العربية تبعا للدرجة العلمية والخبرة التدريسية. The study aims to understand the reality of using the Moodle Platform at the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzaréah and to highlight its role in enhancing the educational process. The research was conducted on a sample of Arabic language teachers. Given that e-learning has become an established strategy in current educational interactions, we were compelled to address a fundamental question that arose in our research paper: What is the impact of the e-learning experience on the quality of the educational process at the Higher School of Teachers through the use of the Moodle platform? A descriptive analytical methodology was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the subject under study. We utilized a questionnaire directed at the faculty members, encompassing three main areas. Using the statistical program SPSS, the study found a variation in the levels of interaction and response among teachers using the Moodle platform. However, there were no significant differences in the views of faculty members at the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzaréah regarding the role of the Moodle platform in academic achievement within the Arabic language department, depending on academic degree and teaching experience.
