دور مهارات رجال البيع الشخصي في خلق الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسات الإيواء السياحي دراسة على عينة من زبائن مؤسسات الإيواء السياحي على مستوى الشرق الجزائري

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مهارات رجال البيع الشخصي في خلق الميزة التنافسية لعينة من مؤسسات الإيواء السياحي بالشرق الجزائري من وجهة نظر عينة من زبائنها،وقد اعتمدنا من أجل تحقيق ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط طردي بين مهارات رجال البيع الشخصي والميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وبرز ذلك من خلال وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي بين مهارات الإقناع والانفتاح على الخبرة والميزة التنافسية. This study examines the role of personal sales men's skills in creating a competitive advantage for tourist accommodation establishments in eastern Algeria from the point of view of a sample of their customers. In order to achieve this, the study took the descriptive analytical and statistical methods, and on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection . The results indicated that , there is a positive relationship between the skills of personal salesmen and the competitive advantage in the establishments under study, and this was highlighted by demonstrating the existence of a positive correlation between the skills of persuasion, openness to experience and competitive advantage.
