واقع التغيير التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الام والطفل بولاية معسكر

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى التغيير التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بولاية معسكر، باتباع المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق استبيان يحتوي على 25 فقرة مقسمة في 05 أبعاد (الهيكل التنظيمي، التكنولوجي، الموارد البشرية، الاستراتيجية، المهام)، وذلك على عينة قدرت بـ: 89 موظفا بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية، وقد تم تحليل نتائج الدراسة باستخدام الأساليب الاحصائية الملائمة بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التغيير التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بولاية معسكر مرتفع، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغير التغيير التنظيمي حسب الجنس، السن، ، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الأقدمية، الفئة المهنية. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the level of organizational change in the mother and child specialized hospital institution in the state of Mascara, where we conducted an exploratory study on a sample of employees that included 89 employees. Where we applied the questionnaire tool, which included 5 dimensions (organizational structure, technology, human resources, strategy, tasks), and the study concluded the following results: The level of organizational change in the specialized mother and child hospital institution in the state of Mascara is high, there are no statistically significant differences in the organizational change variable By gender, age, educational level, seniority, and occupational category
