دور المراجعة الداخلية البنكية في التقليل من القروض المتعثرة دراسة حالة في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية Badr – ورقلة -
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي إيجاد العلاقة بين إدارة المراجعة الداخلية في البنوك التجارية ودورها في التقليل من القروض المتعثرة ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة حالة في بنك بدر لولاية ورقلة وذلك بإجراء مقابلات مع موظفي البنك وتم اختيار عينة تتكون من 50 ملف من ملفات القروض بمختلف أنواعها قروض الاستثمار وقروض الاستغلال وبعد تحليل الملفات ودراستها توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - ان سبب تعثر القروض هو عدم فاعلية الدراسة الاقتصادية - عدم التحري الكافي علي العميل - عدم فاعلية إدارة المراجعة الداخلية This study aimed to find a relationship between the internal audit in commercial banks' management and its role in reducing non-performing loans and to achieve this study, we have investigated the case at the Bank of Badr the jurisdiction of Ouargla and by conducting interviews with bank employees were selected sample consists of 50 file of loan files of different types of investment loans The loans exploitation and files after analysis and study reached the following conclusions: Shall cause of loan default is the ineffectiveness of the economic study -Do Not adequately investigate the customer -Do Effectiveness of the internal audit department
