Résumé: In the study of this topic we dealt with the title “Psychological Compatibility and its Relation to the Motivation for Learning among Third Year High School Students. This study aimed to uncover the relationship between psychological compatibility and motivation for learning among third year secondary school pupils, and the results of the study reached 1- There are no differences between the study sample individuals due to the compatibility of gender characteristics. 2- There are no differences between the study sample due to the specialization characteristics of motivation. In addition, a number of suggestions and recommendations were formulated on the theoretical framework and the results of the current study, which concluded that there is no relationship between psychological compatibility and motivation to learn among third-year secondary school students.
