مساھمة التدریب في تنمیة الرأس المال الفكري بالمؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة العملیات ببرج بوعریریج – الجزائر-

Résumé: تزامنا مع التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة برزت أھمیة تنمیة الرأس المال الفكري باعتباره الرأس المال الحقیقي للمؤسسة. من خلال ھذا المقال نحاول التعرف على مدى مساھمة التدریب كأحد المقومات الأساسیة في تنمیة الرأس المال الفكري. وذلك بدراسة میدانیة بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة العملیات ببرج بوعریریج. بحیث توصلنا إلى أن الركائز الأساسیة للتدریب المتمثلة في كفاءة المدرب، جودة البرامج التدریبیة، ملاءمة البیئة التدریبیة وتقییم العملیة التدریبیة تساھم بفعالیة في تنمیة رأس المال الفكري In parallel to the changes towards the knowledge economy, appeared the interest to develop the human resources as it is considered the real capital for any enterprise. In this paper we try to identify the contribution of training as a main basic pillar for developing the economy of knowledge. The study case treats the operating unit of Algerian telecom in Bordj Bou Arreridj region ( 200 Km from Algiers). The results obtained showed that the master keys for an efficient training are mainly related to these factors. Such as the trainer competence and know how, the quality of the taught program contents, the suitable adapted training environment. Further, the assessment of the training task contributes effectively in developing the capital of knowledge of the enterprise.
