أثر الرضا الوظيفي على اداء الموارد البشرية
Résumé: "هدفت هده الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرضا الوظيفي على أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب - تقرت، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستخدمين استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة على عينة عشوائية شملت54 عاملا بمؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت، كما قمنا بمعالجة البيانات المتوصل إليها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي v25.spss. في نهاية دراستنا توصلنا إلى أنه يوجد أثر دو دلالة إحصائية للرضا الوظيفي على أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب –تقرت, وخلصنا إلى اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات على المؤسسة محل الدراسة،من أهمها ضرورة البحث والتدريب""This stady aimed to know the effect of job satisfaction on human resource prefornance , in the corporation of (raghwat el djanub) – tougert, the study relied on a descriptive analytical metheod, using a Questionnaire as a main study tool on a randonsampel of a 54 worker in the corporation of(raghwat el djanub) – tougert and the forms were processed using spss v25software. In the end of our study we have reached that there is a statistically significant effect of job satisfaction on human resource performance in the corporation of (raghwat el djanub) – tougert and we ended up to multiple suggestions is to search and train on affording og human resours this result in a proven improvement to the human resours .
