Résumé: The study aims to analyse how the dimensions of transformational leadership contribute to the application of comprehensive quality management in the Madya Production Headquarters pharmacy complex by identifying the degree of management leadership practice in the dimensions of transformational leadership (ideal effect, inspiring stimulus, intellectual excitation, individual considerations). Its effective role in bringing about cultural change and fostering a comprehensive culture of quality, in influencing the application of comprehensive quality management principles (continuous improvement, training, education, leadership...) In the institution in question, but because of the current health situation (COVID 19) We were unable to conduct the field study and were only theoretically satisfied with the theoretical relationship between the study variables and the most important results:  Transformative leadership is one of the most important pillars of the organization, because it makes management more efficient and dynamic.  a transformational leader is a change-loving one that he considers a starting point, not an access point.  Comprehensive quality management is an integrated management system that includes all Activities and processes that meet the needs of the customer today and in the future.  The success of ISO 9001 implementation depends on how much higher management is supported and convinced of its importance, on the one hand, and the efficiency and awareness of employees, on the other.
