رأس المال البشري وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (1980-2017) باستخدام نموذج Ardl

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الى تحليل أثر رأس المال البشري والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (1980-2017)، وقد استخدمت الدراسة دالة الإنتاج Cobb-Douglas وهي دالة غير خطية حيث تم دمج رأس المال البشري في الدالة ممثلا في عدد حاملي الشهادات العليا و عدد المسجلين في الثانوي، الى جانب رأس المال المادي والعمل والنمو ممثلا في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، حيث تم تطبيق منهجية ARDL لاختبار علاقة التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ، وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين المتغيرات، حيث يساهم رأس المال المادي والعمل في تفسير معدلات النمو في المدى الطويل، كما تبين نتائج التقدير الى عدم مساهمة رأس المال البشري في النمو وهذا راجع الى ضعف مساهمة مخرجات التعليم في العملية الإنتاجية نتيجة غياب الكفاءة والنوعية. The study aims at analyzing the impact of human capital and economic growth in Algeria for the period 1980-2017. The study used COBB-Douglas, a non-linear function in which human capital was integrated into the function, and proxy by the number of holders of higher certificates and the number of secondary enrollment, together with physical capital, labor and growth as represented by GDP, where the Ardl methodology was applied to test the relationship of co-integration and error correction model,The results revealed a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables, as where Physical capital and labor contribute to the interpretation of growth rates in the long term, It also shows the results of the estimation of the non-contribution of human capital to growth and this is due to the weak contribution of education outputs in the production process as a result of lack of efficiency and quality.
