أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء التنظيمي: دراسة حالة شركة الخزف الصحي بالميلية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار طبيعة أثر الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء التنظيمي لمؤسسة الخزف الصحي بالميلية، حيث تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة البالغ عددهم 130 عامل بالمؤسسة والتي حددت بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه للالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية أثر إيجابي على الأداء التنظيمي للمؤسسة راجع لتأثير كل من المسؤولية الاقتصادية والمسؤولية الأخلاقية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه ليس لباقي الأبعاد ( المسؤولية القانونية، المسؤولية الخيرة ) أثر على الأداء التنظيمي لمؤسسة الخزف الصحي بالميلية. The study aims to test the nature of the impact of the commitment to social responsibility on the organizational performance of the Sanitary Ceramics Corporation in El Milia, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data from the sample's 130 workers in the institution, which was determined by the random sampling method, The results of the study concluded that the commitment to social responsibility has a positive effect on the organizational performance of the institution, which is due to the effect of both economic and moral responsibility on the organizational performance. The study also concluded that the rest of the dimensions (legal responsibility, philanthropy) have no effect on the organizational performance of the sanitary ceramics corporation in El Milia.
