تكامل أنشطة التسويق الداخلي و إدارة جودة الخدمات و أثره على رضا الزبون

Résumé: This study aims at investigating the relationship between internal marketing and service quality to customers' satisfaction in commercial agencies of Algeria telecom and Algeria poste, through answering the following questions: Do commercial agencies of Algeria telecom and Algeria post apply the appropriate concept of internal marketing? What are the possible procedures that can be applied in the telecom and post sector? Is there any relationship between services quality and customer satisfaction? In order to achieve the study objectives, two questionnaires were designed and distributed over two samples of Algeria telecom and Algeria post employees and customers totaling (100) and (600) respectively. The questionnaires were collected and analyzed by using the SPSS. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين التسويق الداخلي و ادارة جودة الخدمات و اثرها على رضا الزبون في الوكالات التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر و المكاتب البريدية، و هذا من خلال الاجابة على التساؤلات التالية: هل الوكالات التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر و المكاتب البريدية تتبنى مفهوم التسويق الداخلي؟ و ما هي الاجراءات الممكن اتباعها لممارسة التسويق الداخلي؟ هل توجد علاقة بين جودة الخدمة المقدمة و رضا الزبون في المؤسسات محل الدراسة؟ و لبلوغ اهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم و توزيع استبيانين عبر عينتين من مقدمي الخدمات و الزبائن على مستوى الوكالات التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر و المكاتب البريدية لمدينة قالمة و بلغ حجمها على التوالي (100) مقدم خدمة و (600) زبون. الاستبيانات المسترجعة تم تحليلها بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).
