Résumé: ملخص: ادت التطورات الحاصلة على مستوى نشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية و هيمنتها على حياة المجتمعات ، وتأثر الوسط الذي يعيش فيه الإنسان بمخرجات هذه الأنشطة التي تعاظم دورها كنتيجة حتمية للانتشار المكثف للمنشآت و المؤسسات مع التطور التكنولوجي الذي أصبح يعرفه عالم اليوم ، ولإن كانت للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية مرتكزات قانونية و اقتصادية نشأت مع تطور مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في التشريعات الدولية و الوطنية ، إلاأن ضرورات تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية اقتضت إعادة رسم المفهوم النظري و التطبيقي لها من خلال إدراج مفهوم المسؤولية البيئية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية في سياق الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية بما يضمن تحقيق التنمية في ظل الحفاظ على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة اجتماعيا ، اقتصاديا ، و بيئيا كلمات مفتاحية: المسؤولية البيئية .،الإدارة البيئية .،المؤسسة الاقتصادية .،المسؤولية الاجتماعية .،التنمية المستدامة . Abstract: Developments in the activity of the economic institution and its domination over the life of societies, and the influence of the environment in which human beings live have been affected by the results of these activities, including the role has grown as an inevitable result of the intensive diffusion of establishments and institutions with the technological development that has become known in today's world, even though the social responsibility of the economic institution has legal foundations and economic issues that arose with the development of the concept of sustainable development at international level and national legislation, but the need to achieve environmental sustainability has necessitated redrawing the theoretical and applied concept thereof by including the concept of environmental responsibility of the economic institution in the context of the commitment to social responsibility to ensure the achievement of development. in the light of the maintenance of the dimensions of Sustainable development in social, economic and environmental.
