التنبؤ بنوعية الحياة من خلال الالتزام الصّحي لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدّم

Résumé: هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى التنبؤ بنوعية الحياة من خلال الالتزام الصّحي لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدّم، طبّقت الدّراسة على عيّنة قوامها 64 مريضا بضغط الدّم، وتمّ اتّباع المنهج الوصفي – دراسات العلاقات المتبادلة- بالاعتماد على أداتين في جمع البيانات المتمثّلتان في مقياس نوعية الحياة (لفاطمة الزّهراء زروق 2008) واستبيان الالتزام الصّحي (لكحل رفيقة 2011)، ثمّ تمت المعالجة الإحصائية بالاستعانة على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيّة رقم (22) SPSS، بحيث كشفت النّتائج عما يلي: - يساهم الالتزام الصّحي في التّنبؤ بنوعية الحياة لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدّم. - توجد فروق في الالتزام الصّحي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدّم. - توجد فروق في نوعية الحياة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدّم. - توجد فروق في نوعية الحياة تعزى لدرجة الالتزام الصحي (بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الالتزام الصّحي). This study was carried out with the aim of expecting the quality of life of patients with hypertension, through a health commitment, It was realised on a sample composed of 64 hypertension patients, following the descriptive methodology- studies of exchange relationships-, and to accumulate the data, two techniques were used, which are; the quality of life measurement scale (Zarouk Fatima Zahra 2008) In addition to a health commitment questionnaire (Lakhel Rafika 2011), as well as the statistical processing was done based on the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), the results were presented as follow: - Health commitment contributes of predicting quality of life for patients with hypertension. - Differences in health commitment are present due to gender diversity among hypertension patients. - Differences in quality of life are detected for patients with hypertension due to change of gender. - A presence of different qualities of life linked to the degree of health commitment (between a high health commitment and a low one).
