إشكالية السيادة الوطنية والعولمة The Problem Of National Sovereignty And Globalization

Résumé: مرت الإنسانية بعدة تحولات عبر الزمن، ومن أهم تلك التحولات التي هزت العالم بأسره هي العولمة التي أحدثت تغيرات جذرية وبارزة في عدة مجالات. ونتيجة لهذه الأحداث المتسارعة ظهرت استراتيجية جديدة تجاوزت الإطار التقليدي للدولة، فلم يعد لحدود الدولة السياسية ولسيادتها اهتمام كبير في مقابل التوجهات الجديدة للعولمة. ورغم كل التأثير الذي أحدثته العولمة على سيادة الدولة إلا أنها لازالت تشكل أحد أكثر المفاهيم غموضا مثيرة بذلك الكثير من الجدل والنقاش، وهذا في مواجهة الدولة بسيادتها الوطنية. Humanity has gone through many transformations through time. Among the most important of those transformations that shook the entire world is globalization, which has brought about radical and prominent changes in several areas. As a result of these accelerating events, a new strategy emerged that went beyond the traditional framework of the state. The political borders of the state and its sovereignty no longer paid much attention to the new trends of globalization. Despite all the impact that globalization has had on state sovereignty, it still constitutes one of the most ambiguous concepts that raise a lot of controversy and debate, this is in the face of the state with its national sovereignty.
