أثر التغيير التنظيمي على الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين دراسة حالة مستشفى شعبان حمدون - مغنية -

Résumé: الملخـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التغيير التنظيمي (التغيير الهيكلي، التغيير التكنولوجي،التغيير في الأفراد) على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسة الإستشفائية العمومية شعبان حمدون مغنية. و تم جمع البيانات الأولية للبحث من خلال إستبيان تم توزيعه على عينة طبقية من مجتمع البحث، و تم تحليل هذه البيانات من خلال برنامج ال spss الإحصائي، و لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة فقد تم إستخدام الإرتباط وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: 1. وجود علاقة إرتباط بين مجالات التغيير التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين. 2. وجود تأثير معنوي للتغيير الهيكلي و التغيير التنظيمي و التغيير التكنولوجي والتغيير في الأفراد على الرضا الوظيفي. ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the impact of the fields of organizational change (structural change, technological change, and change in individuals) on the job satisfaction of workers at the public hospital foundation CHAABANE HAMDOUNE in MAGHNIA. Research primary information were collected through a questionnaire was distributed to a Stratified sample of research community, the data were analyzed by the SPSS statistical program. The correlation and multiple regression was used to test the research hypotheses. The main findings of the study are: 1- There is a correlation relationship between the areas of organizational change and job satisfaction of workers. 2- There is a significant impact of the structural change, technological change, and change in individuals on the job satisfaction of workers.
