عصابات الأحياء: كيف تتكون؟ وكيف تتجلّى ممارساتها؟

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية الى بيان ظهور وتكون عصابات الاحياء في المناطق الحضرية ، والثقافة التي يحملها افرااد العصابة ، على ضوء بعض الدراسات "دراسة فريدريك تتراشر"، وممارساتهم اليومية في ظل انتمائهم للعصابة ، وطبيعة السلوكات الانحرافية والاجرامية المرتكبة ، لينتهي بتشخيص واقع عصابات الاحياء في المجتمع الجزائري "دراسة أمنية"،مستخلصا أهم العوامل المؤثرة في ظهور عصابات الاحياء. This research paper aims to elucidate the origins and constitution of urban neighborhood gangs, shedding light on the cultural inclinations inherent in gang members. Informed by seminal studies, such as Frederick Thrasher's research, the paper examines the day-to-day conduct of gang affiliates within the contextual framework of their gang allegiance. It further investigates the nature of deviant and criminal behaviors perpetrated by these individuals, leading to an evaluation of the current state of neighborhood gangs within Algerian society. This study adopts a security-oriented perspective, extracting key factors that contribute to the emergence of neighborhood gangs.
