Résumé: الملخص: في إطار السياق الاقتصادي المتميز بإقرار مبادئ أكثر ليبرالية ووضع قانون للمنافسة ساهم بصفة كبيرة في إعادة النظر في الدور الاقتصادي للدولة و طبيعة علاقتها بالاقتصاد بحيث لم تعد هذه الأخيرة الفاعل الوحيد في السوق ، بل إنها شهدت تحولا جذريا في وظائفها الاقتصادية و ذلك بالمرور من وظائف الاستغلال التجاري المباشر ؛ و هو ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يسعى نحو وضع تأطير قانوني فعال لأحكام قانون المنافسة حتى تستجيب لمجموع المتغيرات الاقتصادية نحو تفعيل أحكام قانونية لتنظيم و تفعيل المنافسة وفقا لإطار قانوني منظم و منسجم مع ضرورة ملائمة التشريع المنافساتي لاقتصاد السوق من جهة و من ناحية أخرى لحماية فئات مختلفة تؤطرها قوانين لها علاقة بهذا الأخير . الكلمات المفتاحية : الاقتصادي ؛الليبرالي؛ الاقتصاد؛ السوق .
