الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالاستقرار المهني

Résumé: ممخص : ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عمى علبقة الثقافة التنظيمية بالاستقرار الميني حيث انطمقت ىذه الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي: ىل توجد علبقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية و الاستقرار الميني ؟ ومن خلبل الدراسات السابقة ذات العلبقة بالموضوع أكدت نتائج الكثير من الدراسات التي أجريت في العديد من الدول وجود علبقة واضحة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والاستقرار الميني،و من نتائج دراسات السابقة التي تناولت الثقافة التنظيمية أو الاستقرار الميني نستنتج أن الثقافة التنظيمية ليا دور فعال عمى استقرار المورد البشري ،حيث أظيرت أن ىناك علبقة ارتباطية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والاستقرار الميني. The abstract: The study aims to find the relationship between the organizational culture and the professional stability .this study starts from the main question :is there any relationship between the organizational culture and the professional stability? The previous studies and researches about this topic show that many results of studies conducted in lot of countries confirmed that there is a clear relationship between the organizational culture and the professional stability .in the last studies results that conducted the organizational culture on the professional stability ,the main conclusion that can be concluded is that the organizational culture has a great and effective role in the stability of the human resource. This shows that there is a co relational relationship between the organizational culture and the professional stability.
