"القوى الفاعلة المحلية والدولية في المشهد اليمني" من منظور تحليل خطاب النخبة السياسية اليمنية

Résumé: الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة تحليل تمثلات النخبة السياسية للقوى الفاعلة في اليمن المحلية والدولية. ويهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن القوى الفاعلة في المشهد اليمني، في ضوء تحليل خطاب المتنازعين، إضافة إلى الكشف عن السمات العامة التي تميز خطاب النزاع السياسي لدى النخبة في تمثل الفاعلين. وبغية تحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد اعتمد الباحث منهج تحليل الخطاب. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: كشف المنظورات الإدراكية التي ينظر بها كل فريق في اليمن إلى الفاعلين الآخرين، محليا وإقليميا ودوليا، وحجم كل فاعل، وأهميته لدى كل طرف. وخلصت إلى أن أهم السمات العامة التي تميز خطاب النزاع السياسي لدى النخبة في تمثل الفاعلين أن النخبة في خطاب النزاع تنشغل بالآخر أكثر من الانشغال بالذات، ويزداد هذا الانشغال كلما ازداد شعور طرف ما بالمظلومية، ورأى أن حقوقه مسلوبة. كما يهدف خطاب النزاع لدى النخبة إلى إعادة افتراض الخصوم، الذي يريد مواجهتهم، بالرغم من أن خصومه في الواقع قد يكونون غير ذلك. ABSTRACT: The importance of this study is that it deals with the analysis of the political scene through the linguistic discourse of the political elite, and it was limited to analysing (the local and international actors in the Yemeni scene). The research aims to reveal the active forces in the Yemeni scene, in the light of analysing the discourse of disputants, in addition to revealing the general features that characterize the discourse of political conflict among the elite in the representation of the actors. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the discourse analysis approach. The study reached a set of results, including: revealing the perceptual perspectives with which each side in Yemen looks at other actors, locally, regionally and internationally, and the size of each actor and its importance to each side. The study concluded that the most important general features that characterize the discourse of political conflict among the elite in the representation of the actors is that the elite in the discourse of conflict is preoccupied with the other more than preoccupation with oneself, and this preoccupation increases whenever a side feels that it is more oppressed, and sees that its rights are usurped. The discourse of conflict among the elite also aims to re-assume the opponents he wants to confront, although in reality its opponents may be otherwise.
