تمثل الفعل الاجتماعي للأطراف الفاعلة في خطاب النزاع السياسي لدى النخبة السياسية اليمنية

Résumé: ملخص: هذا البحث يهدف إلى دراسة "الفعل الاجتماعي السياسي"، وذلك بتحليل تمثلات النخبة السياسية لفعل الأطراف الفاعلة في المشهد السياسي. وقد اعتمد الباحث على نموذج "تحليل المنظور الإدراكي لمنشئ الخطاب تجاه الفاعلين"، معتمدا على ثلاثة جوانب لتحليل الفعل: معتقدات الفاعل التي توجه سلوكه، وإرادة الفاعل التي تتجلى في الأهداف والدوافع والنتائج والمشروعية والإمكانية...، والسياق السردي للفعل. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: أن خطاب نخبة حكومة هادي يفسر "أفعالَ الحوثيين" في ضوء عقيدتين، هما: "عقيدة الاصطفاء"، و"اعتقاد المظلومية". وتتمثل دوافع الحوثيين في دافعين رئيسيين، هما: دافع "التعالي"، ودافع "التملك". أما دافع "التعايش" فجماعة الحوثي "لا تقبل بالآخر". يغلب الجانب السلبي في استدعاء السياق التاريخي لأفعال الحوثيين، في حين لم يحفل خطاب نخبة حكومة هادي بـ"سياق الأحداث" كثيرا، وهذا مؤشر ضعف في الخطاب؛ فالمجتمع الدولي يمكن الوصول إليه بطريقة أسرع من خلال تسييق الفعل بالأحداث، أكثر من تسييق الفعل بالتاريخ. Abstract: This research aims to study "socio-political action", by analyzing the political elite's representations of the action of the actors in the political scene. The researcher relied on the model of "analyzing the cognitive perspective of the originator of the discourse towards the actors", relying on three aspects of analyzing the act: the beliefs of the actor that direct his behavior, the will of the actor that is manifested in goals, motives, results, legitimacy and possibility..., and the narrative context of the act. The research reached a set of results, including: The discourse of the elite of the Hadi government explains the "actions of the Houthis" in the light of two beliefs: "the doctrine of selection" and "the belief in victimhood." The motives of the Houthis are represented in two main motives: the motive of "transcendence" and the motive of "possession". As for the motive of "coexistence", the Houthi group "does not accept the other." The negative side predominates in invoking the historical context of the Houthis' actions, while the discourse of the Hadi government elite did not pay attention to the "context of events" much, and this is an indication of weakness in the discourse. The international community can be reached in a faster way by associating action with events, more than associating action with history.
