Résumé: We touched on this subject as well as an influential and important to the human resource performance, has focused on the problem of research highlighting the role of training in improving the quality of banking services. After the study, it became clear to us that most of the economic institutions based largely on human resource, because it is the most effective path to improve quality and achieve competitive advantage and increase the profitability of the enterprise. This is achieved all this through the adoption of policies and strategies to allow them to develop human resources and improve performance. And for that turn these institutions to apply the training policy on a sequential and complementary stages, starting with identifying training needs and the design and implementation of the program and finally assess the training process. Training is therefore working on improving individual and group performance and this through the development of knowledge and skills development, good capacity utilization, reduce costs Tdnih supervision and training and to measure the return on human resource and enterprise performance. Then rely on the quality of banking services so out of it the most important indicators used to assess the effectiveness of the training system.
