أثر التوجه الريادي الاخضر في تعزيز مرونة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة عينة من مؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية

Résumé: سعت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير التوجه الريادي الأخضر من خلال ابعاده الثلاثة (المخاطرة، الابتكار، الاستباقية) في تعزيز مرونة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية بولاية سيدي بلعباس. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من 31 مؤسسة ناشطة في قطاع الصناعة الغذائية، حيث تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة على مديري هذه المؤسسات واختبار الفرضيات من خلال استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 للتوجه الريادي الأخضر في تعزيز مرونة المؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية محل الدراسة. اما فيما يخص الابعاد فقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة الى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 لبعدي المخاطرة والاستباقية في تعزيز مرونة مؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية. بالمقابل، تم إيجاد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لبعد الابتكار عند مستوى 0.01 في تعزيزه مرونة مؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية محل الدراسة، مما يظهر أهمية استغلال الابتكار في المؤسسات الغذائية لما له دور في تطوير المؤسسة والتحسين من جودة المنتجات وكفاءتها المالية. وقدتم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات موجهة الى الجهات المعنية. This study sought to identify the impact of the green entrepreneurial orientation through its three dimensions (risk-taking, innovativeness, proactiveness) on enhancing the small and medium enterprises resilience operating in the food industry sector in the state of Sidi Bel Abbes. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used by applying it to a sample of 31 enterprises operating in the food industry sector, where the study questionnaire was distributed to the managers of these enterprises and the hypotheses were tested using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS. The results of the study showed a statistically significant effect at the 0.01 level of the green entrepreneurial orientation on enhancing the food industries enterprises resilience. As for the dimensions, the results of the study concluded that there was no statistically significant effect at the 0.01 level of the risk-taking and proactiveness dimensions on enhancing the resilience of food industries enterprises. On the other hand, a statistically significant effect was found of the innovativeness dimension at the 0.01 level on enhancing the resilience of the food industries enterprises under study, which shows the importance of exploiting innovation in food institutions for its role in developing the enterprises, improving the quality of their products, and their financial efficiency. A set of proposals were presented to the relevant authorities.
