الجمعيات النسوية و العمل السياسي في الجزائر: بين آليات التمكين السياسي ومحدودية التأثير

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على موضوع مشاركة المرأة في العمل السياسي في الجزائر، من خلال إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الجمعيات النسوية في ترقية المكانة السياسية للمرأة وإشراكها بصورة مباشرة في مواقع ومراكز صنع القرار، كما تكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في محاولة الوصول إلى حقيقة المعيقات الفكرية والسوسيو ثقافية، التي تواجه الفعل الجمعوي النسوي، وما يمكن أن تحصده من تأثيرات سلبية على حركة الجمعيات النسوية وانتشارها في الجزائر، لنصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة أنه كلما كانت للمرأة دورا في صناعة القرار كلما عجل ذلك بإنجاح عملية التنمية السياسية . This study came with the aim of shedding light on the issue of women's participation in political work in Algeria, by highlighting the role that women’s associations play in promoting the political status of women and directly involving them in decision-making positions and centers. The importance of this topic is in trying to reach the truth of intellectual obstacles. And socio-cultural, which confronts feminist associative action, and the negative effects it can reap on the movement of women’s associations and their spread in Algeria, so we will finally reach the conclusion that the more women have a role in decision-making, the more it accelerates the success of the political development process.
