القدرة التنبؤية للوجدان الإيجابي والسلبي بالسلوكات الصحية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة جيلالي ليابس –سيدي بلعباس-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة القدرة التنبؤية للوجدان الإيجابي والسلبي بالسلوكات الصحية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة جيلالي ليابس بسيدي بلعباس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق مقياس الوجدان الإيجابي والسلبي لواطسن وأخرون (1994) watson et al ترجمة أحمد محمد عبد الخالق (2019)، بالإضافة الى المقياس العربي للسلوكات الصحية لأحمد محمد عبد الخالق (2021)، بحيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة جيلالي ليابس بسيدي بلعباس وبلغ عددهم 100 طالب وطالبة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين الوجدان الإيجابي والسلوكات الصحية، وعلاقة ارتباطية عكسية سالبة بين الوجدان السلبي والسلوكات الصحية، بالإضافة الى إمكانية التنبؤ بالسلوكات الصحية من خلال الوجدان الإيجابي والسلبي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. This research aims to study the predictive capability of positive and negative affect on health behaviors among university students at Djilali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes. To achieve the research objectives and test the hypotheses, the descriptive method was utilized. The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) by Watson et al. (1994), translated by Mohammed Ahmed Abdel-Khaleq (2019), was applied, in addition to the Arabic Health Behaviors Scale by Mohammed Ahmed Abdel-Khaleq (2021). The study sample consisted of 100 university students at Djilali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes. The results indicated a positive correlation between positive affect and health behaviors and a negative correlation between negative affect and health behaviors. Furthermore, it was possible to predict health behaviors through both positive and negative affect among university students.
