الفاعلية الذاتية وعلاقتها بالتفكير الإيجابي لدى الطالب الجامعي دراسة ميدانية على طلبة جامعة جيلالي ليابس سيدي بلعباس

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الفاعلية الذاتية والتفكير الإيجابي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة سيدي بلعباس، وكذا التعرف على مستوى كل من الفاعلية الذاتية والتفكير الايجابي لدى الطلبة، وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة قدرها (80) طالب وطالبة من جامعة جيلالي ليابس بسيدي بلعباس، بالاعتماد على كل من مقياس الفاعلية الذاتية لولاء يوسف(2016)، ومقياس التفكير الإيجابي ل" حسام محمد منشد "(2013) بعد أن تم التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الفاعلية الذاتية والتفكير الإيجابي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة سيدي بلعباس، كما أظهرت وجود مستوى أكبرمن االمتوسط في لفاعلية الذاتية والتفكير الإيجابي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثتين بمجموعة من التوصيات . The study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and positive thinking among university students at the University of Djillali Liabes in Sidi Bel Abbes. Addtionally, it sought to determine the levels of both self-efficacy and positive thinking among the students. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive research design was used .The study was conducted on a sample of 80 male and female students from Djillali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes .The research utilized the self-efficacy scale developed by Walaa Yousef(2016) and the positive thinking scale by Hossam Mohammed Manshid(2013), after ensuring their psychometric properties. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and positive thinking among university students at Djillali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes. Furthermore,the study indicated a greater than average level of self-efficacy and positive thinking among the university students .Based on the study findings, the researchers recommended several suggestions.
